Is your giving tax deductible?
Donations from within the U.S. are tax-deductible, as Connexion Lebanon is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. Every donor automatically receives a tax receipt for each donation.

Who Do you partner with?
We partner with Beit el Baraka in Lebanon to provide locally sourced food boxes through their agricultural and farming initiatives.
Are you politically associated?
NO! We are an apolitical organization. Our purpose is to provide the basic human needs to the people of Lebanon.
Who is running this non-profit?
We are a family that resides both in the United States and in Lebanon. We have experience working with vulnerable families in Lebanon since 1995. Our team lead in Beirut is Maha Boulos and in the United States, Lena Saleh. Our head of partnerships is Christine Saleh and Mary Saleh.

YES! We are 100% run on a volunteer basis.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can donate using any major credit card or your PayPal account. We use Stripe to securely process all online donations.
How can I change my monthly donation amount?
Every recurring donor is automatically allocated a donor profile, complete with login details and a password. Donors can edit their own recurring donation plans, easily pause, cancel or resume donations, edit their card information, change a donation amount and even change the charge date of a donation.

Is this an ongoing relief effort?
We created this non-profit as a direct response to the crisis in Lebanon. We are adapting and changing everyday to the present needs of Lebanon.
Is there a transaction fee?
Donorbox charges a small platform fee of 1.5% additionally Stripe charges 2.2% + $0.30 for credit card processing.
How can I cancel my monthly donation?
Login in to your Donorbox profile to cancel, pause or edit your recurring donations.
